STEP 01
Disconnect the integration
An organization administrator can disconnect Amazon or another marketplace from the Hutsyboard Connect page. New synchronization stops and stored authorization credentials are removed or scheduled for deletion.
STEP 02
Send a verified request
Email contact@ecomhutsy.com from the company or user email associated with the workspace. Include the organization name, seller account name and the specific data or account to be deleted.
STEP 03
Identity and authority check
We may request reasonable verification to prevent unauthorized deletion. Do not email passwords, marketplace secrets or full customer records.
STEP 04
Completion
Eligible data is deleted or anonymized after verification, subject to legal, security, dispute and financial record-retention requirements. We will confirm completion or explain any data that must be retained.
