How Hutsyboard protects seller-authorized ecommerce information used for warehouse, procurement, and FBM fulfillment operations.
Encryption
HTTPS/TLS protects data in transit. OAuth credentials and sensitive secrets are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a server-only master key.
Accountability
Security and operational actions are audit logged. Privileged access follows least privilege within each organization workspace.
Amazon data handling
Amazon SP-API tokens are never shown to end users in clear text. Buyer PII is used only for authorized FBM fulfillment workflows and is deleted on a defined schedule after revocation.
Isolation
Hutsyboard runs on a dedicated application deployment and database, separate from other EcomHutsy products.
