1. Service and eligibility
Hutsyboard provides ecommerce order, purchasing, inventory, warehouse, fulfillment and reporting tools. You must have authority to create the company workspace and connect or upload data for each marketplace account.
2. Account responsibility
Customers are responsible for authorized users, accurate configuration, lawful use, strong credentials and activity performed through their workspace. Access may be restricted where security, payment or policy concerns exist.
3. Marketplace integrations
Amazon, Walmart, Temu and other marketplaces are independent third parties. Integration availability depends on their APIs, approvals, policies and service availability. Hutsyboard does not guarantee marketplace approval or uninterrupted third-party access.
4. Customer data
Customers retain ownership of their business data. They authorize Zyntl LLC to process that data only to provide, secure and support Hutsyboard, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable marketplace requirements.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse credentials, access another organization, upload unlawful data, interfere with security controls, reverse engineer protected services or use Hutsyboard in violation of marketplace rules or applicable law.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change as marketplace requirements evolve. Planned maintenance, security incidents and third-party outages may affect availability. Material terms or data-practice changes will be communicated where required.
